Bleu Sunshine cheese is priced per pound. Cheese wheels vary in weight from 2-4 pounds each. All orders are hand-cut and packaged from select wheels.
Bleu Sunshine cheese has the distinction of being the FIRST raw milk cheese produced in Florida. Raw milk from Jersey cows makes the best cheese. It has the highest butterfat content of the dairy breeds and is ideally suited as a premium cooking ingredient or as an appetizer.

Tomme has a rustic "edible" rind – which makes it stand apart from other Alps-region cheeses, like Comté and Gruyère. Tommes are produced from the skim milk left over after the cream has been removed. As a result, they are generally low in fat.
