There are many different styles of queen cage available on the market today. We think the new and improved plastic queen cage is the best for several reasons.
It has far better ventilation than the old wooden cages. There is a hook on top if you wish to suspend the cage from a nail between the frame. This hook is particularly handy if you are installing the queen on a new foundation. The little feet enable you to push the cage into the comb without leaving much of an imprint.
The sliding top makes it easy to put the queen in the cage. The extra large opening on the sugar end of the cage is another feature that makes this cage easier to use. Use it over and over again there is not screen to become bent or damaged.
These cages easily snap together for multiple shipments.
